Yes, you can play both NCAA and NFL contests at the same time, although such opportunities are rare as the leagues almost never play games concurrently. In order to view contests for both leagues, you will need to set your preferred leagues in Account Options > Update Profile. Be sure to select “Both NFL & College”.
